    Digital Director

    Si is in charge of all things digital and is passionate about good digital design having worked in the industry for a good number of years. He is meticulous at planning the user journey to ensure each project brings to life a great design with a rich user experience.

    He plays the drums, quite well apparently, and is a massive supporter of up and coming bands. He also bears a striking resemblance to Grant Mitchell aka Ross Kemp!

    Sarah is always on hand to assist with any project requirements and enjoys the fine balance between the relaxed office environment and the day-to-day challenges that life as a project manager brings. The epitome of organised she will ensure your projects run smoothly from start to completion.

    She has an eye for fashion and is a true shopaholic. After a hard day's work she likes to relax with a large glass of white wine with her cat Jumna curled up beside her.

    Matt's background lies primarily in print and draws on his vast experience to offer a number of quality solutions for Tangerine's ever expanding client base. He's a true workaholic with immense drive, and is a great motivator spreading his positive vibe throughout the team.

    Being football mad, his kicks are had inside and out of the office, which makes him a pretty happy bloke overall. However, one less standard obsession involves his lawn and keeping it mowed; a clean cut guy through and through.

    Claire is the face behind the Tangerine brand and its strength in becoming what it is today. She's received recognition of her work in numerous publications, such as 1000 More Graphic Elements, Creative Review, and Design Week, and continues to push the Tangerine vision 24/7.

    Now mum of two young girls she enjoys the fine balance of great design, teamwork and the joys of motherhood.

    Every new project for John is a chance to delve deep into his creativity through a combination of doodling on scraps of paper, sketching out ideas, drinking coffee and eating Nando's. His creativity has enabled his typography, logo work and designs to be featured on various websites and publications. 

    John has also designed and produced a run of t-shirts portraying various illustrative and typographic designs which were sold on his website.

    Studio Manager

    Tim was the first member of staff to join Tangerine and is proud to have been an integral part of its success over the years. He loves the challenge of meeting tight deadlines and providing creative solutions for a range of clients. He also has a vast knowledge of mac software and hardware.

    Responsible for the dodgy outline on the back of the "Do they know it's christmas" charity single (1984), he has since honed his skills and now has a complete set of digital crayons to play with.

    Steve Hayes

    Audio/Visual Developer

    Steve’s role encompasses filming, editing, motion graphics, 3D animation and music/audio production. Using the latest software and production techniques, Steve ensures that the client’s project is both immersive and fresh, and aims to give the productions the edge in any environment.

    With 10 years’ experience in video and 20 years in audio, he is driven by the need to exceed the client’s expectations.

    A true perfectionist, Keith takes great pride in creating eye-catching designs with attention to detail down to the last pixel. Keith has worked for Tangerine since graduating from the University of Greenwich in 2002 with a first class degree in Multimedia Technology.

    A lover of Charlton Athletic FC and the 80’s, given the chance he’d go back in time before Indie music became big, make house music last forever and make plenty of sure-fire bets on the football, probably none of which involve Charlton winning very much.

    Rory's natural ability to visualise functionality and to craft immersive user experiences make him an indispensible member of our team, and he is constantly evaluating new technologies to push our products to the next level. His passion lies in keeping usability at the heart of his design.

    As well as Rory's passion for great websites and being a proud father of 2 young girls, he has also begun to build himself an alternative career in the music industry with some of his sole productions being showcased on Kiss FM amongst others.

    Steve Marshall Real

    Steve has over 15 years experience across a broad range of IT technical and functional areas. Prior to Tangerine, Steve worked for a global technology services and management consulting company for over 10 years developing a number of large scale IT projects for a range of clients.

    Steve used to be in a professional band who were a bit like Spinal Tap but without the comedy, songs or appeal.

    Marcin has many years experience, working on numerous projects of varying sizes. Extremely conscientious, Marcin brings attention to detail to all his work. He particularly enjoys working on programming projects and is an expert in coding and Flash. 

    At a lofty 6ft 6’, Marcin is a former pro basketball player and has represented Poland in the national team.  He is now an avid snowboarder and skateboarder.

    Tim is responsible for managing all of our digital work, ensuring our projects run smoothly and are delivered on time. A lover of all things web, he is obsessed with usability and enjoys every aspect of the website process; the research, the wire framing, overseeing the build, the testing and the go live.

    Tim is a bass guitarist and a fan of classic rock.  The proud owner of a 1979 triumph, he is a self-confessed classic car nut with an obsession for rusty, British cars.

    Paul has over 7 years experience as a digital designer across a mix of full service agencies, local and international brands and companies.

    He creates compelling designs for website and email campaigns that result in conversions.

    Outside of work, Paul takes his life in his hands all year round as he pursues longboarding, kite surfing and snowboarding.

    Emily has been creating, managing and developing multi-channel local and national marketing campaigns for over 10 years.  She loves showing clients how social media can enhance and expand their marketing program and achieve results previously unrealised.

    She likes making customers smile, her new team and festivals.

    Neil enjoys the challenge of turning customers' ideas into reality through the power of digital with over 8 years digital design experience across multiple industries and platforms. He manages the digital output and ensures that best practice is used at all times.

    He likes clean design, everything 80's and overhead kicks.

    Pete's background is in graphic design and now digital marketing is also a strong tool in his arsenal. His work on a recent digital project was recognised through a marketing award nomination. He is responsible for creative output, brand guardianship and social communities.

    He likes amazing branding, strong cheeses and pop punk.

    Gary Shaw

    Like Social - Digital Strategist

    Gary has vast experience creating, building and managing effective digital marketing solutions. He loves coming up with ideas and seeing these brought to fruition. He is responsible for creating and developing digital and social media solutions that ensure clients' marketing objectives are met.

    He likes thinking outside the box, his dog, moonwalking and is a closet Michael Jackson fan.
