"I’ve been UK Head of Marketing for Riso UK Ltd for approximately 2 years and in that time have worked with other marketing and design companies but from my very first meeting with Matt Hobbs I was, and still remain impressed with Tangerine. I’ve worked with Tangerine for the past 6 months and in that time they have transformed the way we project and promote our brand.

Before I dealt with Matt and his team our sales and marketing materials lacked continuity, professionalism and punch, so my aim was to find a company that could understand my needs and interpret my ideas and further build on them. Boy did I come up trumps! If Tangerine was a movie, then it would be a “Block Buster”. Matt and Tim (not sure of Job title) were right on my wave length right from the first meeting.

In next to no time Tangerine gave an injection of enthusiasm and flare that really lifted the brand image, within days of our first meeting we had the design concepts which were “absolutely on the money” and shortly after that we had our first piece of jigsaw complete; a sales tease piece. This really helped capture the sales teams imagination and injected new energies in to their prospecting activities. Matt and the team at Tangerine continued supporting me with ideas and advice on how we could continue on the from the that start point. Obviously any company spending money on marketing or branding wants to see a return and we are no different, but our first real tangible measure of the success were the results we achieved from our first exhibition using the new brand styling and materials; a staggering £450,000 of turnover from leads and contacts made over the two day conference compare this to our previous results from exhibitions which were nonexistent!

The results speak for themselves, however it doesn’t stop there the team have supported me in producing some outstanding materials from business cards and brochures to magazine advertising which have helped build confidence in our brand both with our customer and prospects, but surprisingly with our Sales teams too, they now feel confident that the materials they use to support them in their day to day activities are of top quality and this projects a confident and truly professional image to the clients.

I have found everybody I deal with at Tangerine a real pleasure to work with, the quality and service I have received has far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t speak highly enough about them all, and I’m not necessarily the easiest of clients to deal with, so hats off to them. I look forward to continued success fuelled by Tangerine’s flare and support."
